I got my baby, Ruthie, (no pun intended), from Taye at Prayers’nPaws.
About two minutes ago, I put her (Ruthie’s, not Taye’s) breakfast in front of her and came up to my office to check emails. While Ruthie was chowing down in the kitchen, I read about Cody. As I finished looking at the three photos, happy, well-fed and well-loved Ruthie came glumpfing up the stairs and into my office, waiting for me to clean her face so she does not smear moist food residue on the carpet or the furniture. That’s part of our morning ritual.
Big difference from how Cody and Shawn and Taye and their friends spend theirs.
When Ruthie, my wife, Karin, and I head out to play in Seattle this morning, I will make a stop at the post office with a check for Prayers’Npaws.
